Volunteering to help BIDAYA with our work means you would be actively helping young business people to succeed. Volunteers are greatly valued by us, and the young people we support. Many of our volunteers would say they get more back from the young people they work with than they actually give.

You can join BIDAYA as a mentor, offering young people support and advice with their decision-making. This can make all the difference for a young person trying to run a successful business.

Mentors:

• Provide support and guidance to new young businesses.
• Use a structured reporting system to review progress and future plans.
• Motivate and encourage.

What they need?

• Professionalism and business expertise.
• Sensitivity, understanding and dedication.
• Patience and good communication skills.
